Who we serve best
On calls with potential clients who I am speaking to for the first time, there is often an awkward moment when the potential client almost apologetically says something like: “I’m not sure how advisers like you work and whether I have enough to work with you”. My intention on this page is to preempt that feeling of discomfort for you as you consider whether to reach out.
The list below gives a pretty good outline of the types of clients that I believe I can serve with excellence. That being said, if you don’t feel you fit with the description below and you are approaching retirement with questions, I am always happy to connect and see whether I can help. If we aren't a perfect fit, I can help find you someone trustworthy who is.
Retired, Or Almost There
Retirees have a unique problem that they need solved, and a few serious missteps can mean them going back to work. By focusing on this life stage (retirees, or within 5-10 years of retirement), I am able to hone my expertise and processes to serve the needs of retirees with excellence.
Good Savers
Our technology, processes & expertise allow us to add the most value to clients that have typically saved up at least $750,000 in retirement savings through a lifetime of diligence. Acacia Grove clients also desire a guide to help give them the best chance of a successful retirement.
No Grumpy People
Life’s too short to work with grumpy people! My aim is to build client relationships that span decades. For this reason, I only take on clients that I genuinely enjoy spending time with and who value the work I do for them.
If it sounds like we could be a good fit, I’d love to hear from you.
Although I would love to have the capacity to help everyone, I have intentionally made the decision to limit the number of households I serve. This ensures that every client of Acacia Grove receives the personalized focus they deserve. If you don’t feel like you fit the criteria above but still need help, I’m happy to connect and see if I can answer some of your questions, or connect you with a local adviser who may be a better fit. I would also recommend taking a look at letsmakeaplan.com to find a Certified Financial Planner who can better serve your needs.
